Text as Image

A cell phone is a "phone" isn't it? I find myself texting so much more than having an actual phone conversation with someone. I think because our generation is used to such a fast paced and instant world of communication, especially with the internet, that a 'text' as an 'image' makes perfect sense. Instead of having to wait through the babble of small talk with someone just to ask a simple question, or keep lines of conversation open throughout the busy day, texting has its benefits. I find it is much easier to glance at a text and shoot back a quick response than have to worry about a long conversation.
